Our Street Food concept and delivery consists of the key elements of Installations, service, food presentation and great tasting, appropriate but innovative food.

The Ethos

Our ethos and approach to Street Food will be to bring together a variety of perspectives with an emphasis on matters of provenance and alternative food production, consumption practices, Fairtrade, local and farm sourcing

The Product

Each stall is a feast for the eyes and the food will be a feast for the senses. Each stall will be totally authentic with a bohemian touch! Each will have a chalk board to show provenance for ingredients and the story behind why we chose them. Alignment with Farms and local suppliers to follow with stories etc...

Smoke Shacks

Our Shack Installations are like no other.

Made from reclaimed and recycled goods designed to look like an actual shack with serving counter which can be placed anywhere indoors or out that allows at least a 2.5 meter counter top. Each shack can be up to 6 meters long ... or longer with a little notice.

Montezuma's Nacho Stand

Sample specification

Rustic wooden tables drift wood, fresh bright flowers
Bites served as Canapés by waiting staff from either side of stall as guests wait
Tacos displayed in large Artisan basket with hot fillings being ladled either side from copper pans; guests to help themselves to toppings
Both mains served in bamboo bowls with wooden forks
Food boards and stories will be placed for easy reading whilst guests wait for food

A Taste of Provence

Lamb served straight from the griddle
Truffle fries fried on the back counter
Staff will be dressed in stripes and boaters

Ye Olde London Towne

London Pub type stall with vintage boxes and props and Fireplace beside as seating
Bites served as Canapés by waiting staff either side of the stall as guests wait
Mince, tatties and kedgeree served from copper old fashioned ceramics on hot plates
Chefs in classic Ravenous attire
Presentation on hot plates with more food being prepared behind counters on site.

Station attended by Ravenous Staff in uniforms or theatrical costumes
Fruit Stand "shapes" - lovehearts, palm trees.
Assorted dipping items including sweets and friut
Choice of dark, milk of white chocolate fountains

Christmas...

Ravenous can do anything - Ice bars, Seafood Bars, Chocolate fountains etc. We try to re-imagine these on an a case by case basis and alway use props and costumes to provide extra value. At Christmas we bring alive our stalls and stations to evoke Christmas in almost any way - Bavarian, Victorian, traditional.. just ask
